One University Circle

One University Circle is a luxury apartment building located south of Euclid Avenue at Sterns Road, in the heart of Cleveland’s University Circle neighborhood. The 20-story high-rise tower, which includes over 280 residences, was completed in 2018 and cost almost $112 million. Neff & Associates was hired as the landscape architect, civil engineer, and surveyor on this project, providing stormwater management and landscape design along with construction administration services.
