The $126 million North Residential Village project at Case Western Reserve University consisted of 7 new dormitory buildings, football, baseball, and softball fields, a parking garage, and public roadway improvements. Neff & Associates contributed surveying and civil engineering services, helping The Village House 5 and The Village at 155 Complex achieve LEED Silver and Gold certifications. A groundwater recharge system was also incorporated under the football and baseball fields. This project required coordination between the City of Cleveland, Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, Case Western Reserve University, and numerous consultants. Neff & Associates also provided construction staking for the contractor during construction.
