Legacy Village

Surveying, engineering, and landscape architectural services were provided for this lifestyle center located on 67 acres and consisting of over 600,000 square feet of retail and office space developed by First Interstate Properties Ltd. Site construction cost was approximately $16 million. The project was completed in fall of 2003. Neff & Associates was the local landscape architect for this project, providing landscape design services, representation at public meetings and construction administration.
