Surveying, engineering, and landscape architecture services were provided for this retail center containing over 310,000 square feet of retail located on 53 acres. Wetland and stream mitigation services were also provided. The developer for this project was Visconsi Companies, Ltd. and site construction costs were $16.5 million.
