Working for a well-known national real estate firm, Neff & Associates provided topographic and boundary surveying services for the 1,000,000 SF, 80+ acre redevelopment of Parmatown Mall. Utilizing private utility locating services and record drawings, all base mapping was done using the latest survey technology.
