Bendix Headquarters

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC (Bendix) opened its new North American headquarters in November of 2021, consisting of a 56-acre campus and 200,000 square-foot LEED Silver facility. Neff & Associates assisted with the surveying of the property as well as the civil engineering and landscape architecture. The site, 70% of which is considered accessible open space, includes amenities such as a community garden, walking paths, and bicycle paths.
