The Cozad Bates House was an especially rewarding project for us due to its historical significance. It is the only pre-Civil War home remaining in University Circle and is thought to have been involved with the Underground Railroad. Neff & Associates’ contribution’s to the restoration project were recognized with a ‘Building the Circle Award’ in 2020.
