Crocker Park

Neff & Associates has provided surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architectural services at Crocker Park since the mid-90s. The mixed-use lifestyle center sits on just over 120 acres in Westlake, Ohio, and includes multiple parking garages, residential units, retail buildings, a hotel, Market Square, and the American Greeting Headquarters. Neff & Associates is constantly coordinating with the City of Westlake, Port Authority, American Greetings, and numerous consultants as the project has continued to grow. Our firm has completed construction staking for much of the site and building construction, as well as designing a retrofit of an existing City of Westlake master detention to treat the 280-acre drainage area around Crocker Park. The development of Crocker Park is ongoing, with additional phases currently under design and construction.
