Experience in Residential, Commercial and/or Industrial site Development design a plus. Coordination with project managers, peers and clients is essential.

- Knowledge and aptitude to learn design aspects of the plans being prepared
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work with others on staff as a project team
- Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Ability to work independently under a Project Manager in the preparation of the site development plans
- Applicant should be an E.I.T. working towards Ohio P.E. license or currently a licensed Ohio P.E.
