We are expanding our Civil Engineering Department and are looking for a Engineering Technician to join our this group that current works on gas main design projects for Dominion Energy. This position will specifically be in involved in project work on these utility infrastructure projects. Projects include preparing plans for the replacement/extension of public utilities. Coordination with clients is essential.

- Knowledge and aptitude to learn design aspects of the plans being prepared
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work with others on staff as a project team
- Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Ability to work independently under a Project Manager in the preparation of utility plans
