Neff & Associates is proud to be part of creating One University Circle, a luxury apartment building located south of Euclid Avenue at Sterns Road, right in the heart of Cleveland’s University Circle neighborhood. This beautiful building has 280 homes spread across 20 floors, offering both style and comfort. It was finished in 2018, costing about $112 million, showing what can be achieved when people work together.
We at Neff & Associates took on the role of landscape architect, civil engineer, and surveyor for this important project. approaching our work with respect and a strong commitment was key. With focus on designing and building; we wanted to make sure our work added to the neighborhood and improved life for the people who live there.
During the project, we worked hard to find solutions for managing stormwater and designing landscapes that both looked good and were good for the environment. Working closely with others and respected the natural surroundings to make sure our work fit well with the community’s goals.
We also made sure that the construction of One University Circle met high standards. our goal was for everything to be top-notch, not because we wanted praise, but because we genuinely cared about making a positive impact on the community.
