A luxury apartment building in the heart of Cleveland’s University Circle neighborhood is expected to break ground for construction in the spring of 2016. This $112 million project on the former Children’s Museum of Cleveland site is located south of Euclid Avenue at Stearns Road. The 21-story One University Circle tower will be the city’s first new high-rise apartment construction since the 1970s. The tower will include 280 residences, a parking garage, and a ground-floor bistro and market. Apartments are expected to be available in early 2018. Neff & Associates was the landscape architect, civil engineer, and surveyor for this project, providing stormwater management and landscape design, as well as representation at public meetings and construction administration.
