The former site of Geauga Lake amusement park and Wildwater Kingdom is now home to Renaissance Park, a residential community developed by Pulte Homes. The project will be completed in two phases and will consist of townhomes as well as single-family homes. Over half of the 246-acre community is dedicated to walking trails and nature preserves.
