As we wrap up 2022 and usher in 2023, Neff & Associates is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Plautz to the position of President.
Jeff Plautz, P.E. will take on the position as President at Neff & Associates. Jeff has his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton. He graduated in 2002 and joined Neff Engineering in December of that year. Jeff has worked on many projects over the past 20 years and was quickly promoted to Project Manager in 2006. Jeff’s successful experiences include a variety of civil engineering projects. He has worked on big-box retailers, mixed use developments, apartment projects, numerous fast-food retailers, and Institutional projects from Medical to Educational facilities. Jeff has developed trusted relationships with developers and owners who need help navigating their projects through the approval process. He creates quality designs that offer value to the owners while satisfying city needs and requirements. Jeff has also established superb working relationships with local municipalities and government agencies. He has formed solid relationships with community leaders, local architects, and contractors. We are excited for Jeff and his new opportunities and proud to announce his promotion to President of Neff & Associates.
Daniel Neff, P.E. will assume the role of CEO for Neff & Associates. Dan will focus on helping the new management team transition into new roles. We look forward to continued and growing success with these promotions, along with help from Ed Keaton, P.E. Vice President of Neff & Associates since 2005, Steve Metcalf, Manager of the Survey Department, and now Jeff, in his role as President.
