As we wrap up 2022 and usher in 2023, Neff & Associates is pleased to announce the promotion of John Butcher, Jr., P.E.
John Butcher has been promoted to Project Manager at Neff & Associates. John achieved his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Cleveland State University in 2016. John joined Neff & Associates in October 2019 and has been working on numerous projects under the guidance of Jeff Plautz. His expertise in engineering is excellent and he has very strong management skills. John will continue in our site development team as well as assist clients on the rigorous entitlement process. John obtained is Ohio PE license in December 2021. We are proud to announce John’s promotion to Project Manager.
